Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Wednesday, August 19, 2026
    Claim Forms must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. ET, or mailed, postmarked by August 19, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    Tuesday August 4, 2026
    Objections must be filed with the Court or mailed to the Court no later than August 4, 2026. Copies must also be mailed to Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than August 4, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Tuesday, August 4, 2026
    The Opt-Out Deadline to submit a request for exclusion from the Settlement is August 4, 2026. Your request for exclusion must be mailed to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than August 4, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Thursday, September 3, 2026
    The Court is scheduled to hold a Final Approval Hearing on September 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET, in at the Joel W. Solomon Federal Building, United States Courthouse, 900 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402, Courtroom 3.
